I guess i wasn't the only one w/ this problem, when my webtv died, i went out and bought a Msntv2, and i had called msntv2, and they told me it would be no problem to transfer my favorites and my email over to the new box, Boy that was a lie and a half!! i take it you had a webtv and went out and bought a msntv2 am i right?? anyway, i set it all up and i called msntv2, and they said they would transfer my favorites and email, and hey told me how to do it, and so i waited, and when it came thru i did just what it said to do, well i then looked for my favs. & email but to no avail there was Nothing!! i called back and they sent it again, this went on for bout 4 seperate times, and then finally they said well if it hasn't gone thru then we probably wont be able to retrieve your favs. & email, so to make a long story short--- I lost 5 yrs. worth of favorites, and all my email and photos that I had saved, I was not a Happy Camper!!! To say the least. From then on I started writting down the web sites i save, so i will have a back up system.Just a little bit of info. there to hep ya out. hope it helped. email back if ya want.
