I still cannot get vids MPEG. Called again this aftrnoon and complained. Rep told me that I should go to brdbnd if I ever wished to see vids again. Asked if I could get retrograde I.E revert to svc I had last week, rep was incredulous that I would ask for that and said it was impossible. See was yelling at me and I hung up on her.
