If the HMO has changed and upgraded their web site to the new html standards, msntv may not work properly with that site now. The internet grows and upgrades. MsnTv doesn't grow and the upgrades lag far behind the rest of the net. It will get to the point, like the original webtv, when the internet has moved so far ahead, the limited msntv box can not keep up. This has been the problem with the little black box since it began. MsnTv may have an update some day for users with your issue, but if an upgrade happens it will already be out dated. There are so few msntv users now, that it does not matter to web developers if msntv users can't use the site properly. I would not ever trust my prescriptions, banking or much of anything I really needed with msntv.
