Glad you guys didn't give up on the art festivals or we never would have seen your work! Picked up your book when we bought 2 of your road pictures at the Reston Arts Festival this past year and just finished it today, sneaking the reading in late at night and between the goings on of ordinary daily life. Thanks! You really made a connection through your book and art and isn't that what art is all about. Also, after reading the book, your art means more to us; it meant something to us to begin with; that is why we bought the paintings; but now there is more connectedness/understanding. And I smile every time I look at those paintings now (because of your book and because of the circumstances when we bought the paintings, with 1 kid being sick behind the tents and the other losing the dog's leash and the dog walking into the crowd)! Long live the open road!
