Orbita has a winding database

Response to How much to wind from "wounddown"

 

Orbita, the watchwinder manufacturer, has a database of recommended daily turns on their winders to keep a movement fully wound.

-go to http://www.orbita.net/
-pick your language
-click on "Technical"/"Technik"/etc
-click on "Automatic Watchwinder Database"/"Basisdaten für automatische Uhren"/etc

For Limes models, their recommendations are:

ETA 2824-2 movement: bi-directional 650 turns
Valjoux 7750 movement: clockwise 800 turns

I'm not sure how exactly this would translate to winding on the wrist...
