Without the crown, and just over 42mm including the crown. It's not a small watch, but certainly not oversized either.
As with almost all other watch companies, we do not make the hands. They are made by a company that only make watch hands - it's a very specialized industry.
There would be no possibility of them or us making one set of customized hands. It MIGHT be possible for someone very skilled in restoring vintage watches, but I'm not sure if the hollow portion would support the luminous material.
