Pricing Structure

Hi Steven

I had also noticed the significant disparity between the prices on the US and German sites and, being a UK resident, was looking forward to reading your reply to Robbie's query. Unfortunately, I'm as confused as before. It hardly seems reasonable to advertise a price and then expect potential customers to correspond with the factory to find the 'real' price.

I understand that you are the North American representative but had assumed that questions about the EU market would also be answered here since this forum is linked to from the German web site.

The situation at the moment seems to be that customers in the UK are expected to pay about 23% more than customers in Germany. If I decide to purchase an Integral Chrono I will pay the equivalent of 257 Pounds extra compared with a German customer. How can this be justified? Posting a small package from Germany to England does not cost Ickler 250 Pounds and I receive nothing extra for my money.

While I still enjoy my Limes watch and wear it every day the current pricing structure makes me question its true worth and value for money.

Regards,
Keith.
