Just Received a new Nightflight II

I have just received a Nightflight II I purchased over your web site. The transaction went very smooth and my watch, with deployant clasp, was delivered quickly. However, when I went to set the time to EDT I had a nasty suprise; the whole crown assembly pulled out of the watch! I hope that this is not typical Limes quality control - in fact I ordered this watch specificly because of the very good things said about them on this site and others. While I will admit that this watch looks show much better in person than on the web site it does me no good to have a watch I can not set! In addition, there is a small dot (an imperfection, piece of dirt/dust/metal) under the crystal at the 3 oclock position. I guess it could be from some metal which came off from the crown. How do I get this situation fixed?
