Have any photos inside the factory or of the watchmakers?

I'm sure these would be of considerable interest to any LIMES enthusiast. Those of us who are sadly lacking in this type of talent could well benefit from the inspiration that would naturally flow from "meeting" the fine craftsmen who produce these charming little treasures.
One great source of fasination about the German watch industry, including IWC which is actually Swiss but located in the German-speaking City and Canton of Schaffhausen, is that these manufacturers have always offered employment to women. By contrast, French-speaking firms have, as far as I am aware, NEVER hired a single female to this day! This pervasive sense of openness and egalitarianism that one finds in the German watch industry doubtless in no small part accounts for the fact that these companies have never been left wanting for design creativity or for technical innovation, (if I'm not mistaken, I believe the Nomos line was entirely designed by a woman), whilst the stodgy old mainline companies are in many ways still recovering from the quartz menace of the 1970s and are even frequently content to rely on re-releases of so-called "historical" models. Leave it to Germany's women to refuse to give up!
