Response to Good accuracy, disappointed by crown assembly

What you are describing is caused by the spring in the stem / crown assembly, which is a little stiffer than it ideally should be. Not all the watches have this exact spring. This condition seems to go away after repeated setting of the time / date, as the spring loses a bit of it's stiffness. If it does not, we can replace this spring for you at no charge.
