Sorry the dial isn't perfect. The best way to handle this will be for us to send a new dial to VCW, and they will swap it with the dial in your watch. Right now, the factory is closed for summer holiday unil 8/19 so go ahead and wear and enjoy your watch, and we'll send a dial out shortly after the factory re-opens.
Do not be concerned, as some people are, that 'opening' your watch, and performing this type of service will 'compromise' your watch in any way.
It's no more complex or injurious to a watch than changing the air filter in your car.
