Question about Principio GMT

Can someone please tell me if the 24 hour hand on the Principio GMT works the same way that it does on an Omega Seamaster GMT or Rolex Explorer II --- that is, one sets the watch by setting the minutes and 24 hour hand, and then, using a different crown pull-out, sets the main hour display hand in hour increments?
