Outback2 impressions

I've had my Outback2 (Chrono model) for about a month and I must say it has grown on me. I bought the watch without ever seeing it in person. What everyone says is true, Limes watches look even beter in person!!

I got the watch from Aaron at Timeworks and he's been great. Answered all my email questions promptly.
Finish of the watch is in my opinion of very high quality. Only one minor problem with the bezel (which had a small chip) which Aaron said that Limes will replace under warranty.

Accuracy to date seems to be very good. Over the last 11.4 days it only lost about -47 sec; averaging out to about -4.1 secs per day. I'll probably give it another month for break in.

Didn't realize that alot of watches don't have a hack seconds feature that this one does. Makes setting the time to a accurate source so much easier.

Yes the watch is big but it still fits under my shirt sleeve (I have small wrists I guess). This watch does have it's own personality --- I can sometimes feel the movement working, letting me know that it's functioning!

I wear my Outback every day and I'll continue to wear it even if the occasion calls for a dress watch (unless it's another Limes).

Sorry for the long posting. Just wanted to give my impression. I've learned quite a bit from this forum and just wanted give something back.

Ed
