Response to Information on maintenance
 

Is to wind a watch approx once a month. There is no need to wind the watch fully - just a few winds of the crown on a manual wind watch - and about 30 seconds spinning the rotor on an auto. This is better than winding an auto by the crown.

This monthly winding helps with the lubrication.
