" I recently recieved my pharo automatik and the movement seems to lose a great deal of time. The second hand has a tendency to stop/stall on an specific area of it's sweep. Still waiting to hear back from Limes "
I suspect that the second hand is touching either the crystal or the minute hand during its rotation. Being an ultra thin watch, the clearances between the three hands and also the crystal are designed to be kept to a minimum. Watch hands are kept in place only by friction. A very hard shock, as can sometimes occur during shipping, can knock the second hand off it's axis enough that it can touch either the crystal or the minute hand.
It is a quick and easy fix for the factory or service center.
The factory is currently on it's Winter Holiday schedule, so emails may take longer than normal to be answered.
Limes Watches appreciates your patience and understanding. We'll get it fixed ASAP.
