I've also found my watch (OB II) to be -3s/day consistent as well but to my surprise, when I've kept the watch fully wound by rotating it the palm of my hand, it was +2s fast!!! I guess being in IT typing on a keyboard isn't really active enough to keep the watch fully wound. I'll just experiment with the amount of winding per day to see if I can get it spot on.
