Response to Questions about 1 Tausend

How thick is that crystal? How does it compare to a normal Limes crystal? Is it domed?

The crystal is flat, and quite thick. The specs of the case and crystal dimensions are considered proprietary design info, but the 1Tausend was actually tested to 1500 Meters with no problems.

Does the bezel rotate both ways?

Counter clockwise only, as is common on many, if not most dive watches.

The description of the watch says the case is brushed in some areas, polished others, but the pictures are too small to see. What parts of the case are brushed? Do you have a good picture?

I'll take some better pics. The bezel and the top pf the lugs are saitin finished, the remainder of the watch bright finished.

The description says the strap is rubber, but with a leather lining. I run, swim, shower, etc. every day and I plan on wearing the watch at all times. Is the leather appropriate for this, or should I consider the bracelet?

The strap is rubber with a nylon lining for comfort. It would be fine for your activities, although a bracelet would be even better.

Thanks for your post.

Best regards,

Steven
