Excellent Service

My Limes Cartouche was just overhauled by Limes USA service rep, Jorge Montoya. While the watch just arrived today, his service was great. Jorge found my watch, which the USPS didn't handle properly, checked it for the service I requested, did the work for a fair price, and sent it back in great shape and timely manner.

If you need service, he's the person to go to! This kind of care and work is, unfortunately, quite rare. Bravo, Jorge & Limes.
