I suspect you are either a slave to time or need to switch to decaf if the idea of 20sec/day sets you off. I do not own a Limes yet but think they are very good watches. From what I have seen and read, Limes are quite possibly the best mechanical watches for the money.
The retail price of an ETA 2824 raw movement is less than $50 USD for a single unit. I think 20 sec/day accuracy is amazing at this price point. Before you think Limes uses cheap movements, a single ETA 2892, which is used in many watches in the $1000-$2500 range, costs approximately $90 USD.
If you really want accuracy, you should consider purchasing one of the radio synchronized "atomic" quartz watches. Instead of gaining up to 2 minutes each week, you could worry about gaining 1/1000 of a nanosecond during your lifetime. Otherwise, relax and enjoy mechanical watches for the engineering marvels that they are.
