Response to Luminous Hands and Numbers
 

the numerals should be slightly luminous, but less so than the hands. I have heard that this type of luminous gets brighter after it cycles a few time. Try leaving it under a light source for an hour or so 2 or 3 nights in a row. Please let me know if this helps.
