Received my NF II and have a question...

Response to NIghtflight II arrival
 

Great watch! Came overnight from Ashford.com yesterday. One simple question: what is the preferred method of winding the watch? It came with the time set and I assume wound, since it has been operating flawlessly. This is my first mechanical watch in years, can you tell how best to operate it?
