Response to Dealer in the San Diego area
 

We don't have a dealer in San Diego yet. +15 seconds per day is within factory specs, though many NF's are under +10. Lot of watchmakers won't even attempt to regulate a watch running at +15, but some will. I have heard very good things about one watchmaker in San Diego - here is the contact info.
