replace mineral crystal with sapphire?

Hi, I'm a newbie.
I recently bought a Tag Quartz (before I started reading up) and have a Nightflight Vintage on order (after I started reading up.)

The one big thing I like about the Tag is the sapphire crystal.

Is it possible to replace, even if it's aftermarket, the mineral crystal in the Limes Nightflight with a sapphire one?
