Response to Stargazers wonderlust is catching up

Chris,

I believe you may be right on target...Yesterday morning I awoke at 4:45, gazed out my bedroom window (facing the west) and the sky was incredible...the moon had apparently just set and the sky was inky black, the stars brilliant in the unseasonably cool May morning. No way I could turn over and go back to sleep. I bundled up in my sleeping bag, stretched out in my lounge chair, and soaked in the stardust until sunrise hid them from view. What a positively wonderful way to start the day, don't you agree? However, it is possible the loss of sleep affected me--I'll blame it on that anyway. Works for me.

Sylvia
