a Junior fan, you won't know how happy his fans are right now......I had tears in my eyes as he won Michigan......so long and I guess that shows all his critics who say he can't drive.....#3 in the points before this race.....
I haven't posted in about 6 weeks....nothing exciting is going on in my life....am in the ER 3 or 4 days a week....it's like social work....except I get blankets, drinks, and food for the patients.....and sometimes just sit and talk to them....they have given me free reign, so I do pretty much as I please in there and so far, that's been OK with the ER staff.....I get a lot of positive feedback.....the nurses like me and while I'm there, they don't have to go to the patient's rooms so much....and when you are on a 12 hour shift, any relief is good....
I've learned a lot while in the ER....had one patient who knew all about wrestling....and he gave me a 30 minute lowdown on it.....and about 10 patients who have had tattoos...people who have them love to talk about them....and some of the things they say is pretty interesting....had one today who had just gotten out of prison...both arms covered...and his girlfriend had some too....
Have been there thru 2 deaths, several bad motorcycle wrecks, but a lot of the patients are not in that bad shape.....I don't mind the blood (and sometimes there's a lot of it when they medivac someone in), so I'm pretty happy doing the ER...
Is everybody scared to death to comment on the Pres. primary's?.....I never thought Obama would overtake Ms. Clinton, but he did and this upcoming election is going to be another time our generation will see history made....we've been there from the time the Civil Rights movement started, when a black couldn't even eat at the same place as a white, to seeing a black man run for president.....a big leap for a lot of folks, but maybe the whole political system needs that kind of shock.....the powers that are entrenched in Wash. would be subject to being accused of racial bias if they didn't go along with his programs, so who knows......
We've had terribly
hot weather here for the last 2 weeks, but it's supposed to cool down this coming week.....a bad storm this past Monday caused a neighbor's Bradford pear to fall into my back yard, but my next door neighbor removed it....
