Some seem to have played judge and jury on Danny's character and based that off of one mistake that he made. Sure, I was outraged when I saw Danny go with that other guy because cheating sucks. It's one of the most hurtful things someone can do to their "partner." I was with my boyfriend for 8 years and all in one day, I found out he had cheated on me with 15 other guys. It was devastating and I was close to being suicidal from learning that news. My point is that I don't condone cheating in any way. However, Danny and Paul had just met weeks prior to that. Look at the environment Danny was in! It was Madi Gras for God's sake. Madi Gras encourages people to flash one another, etc. Should all of those people be judged for that? I mean...these are normal people "letting it all out." That is the Madi Gras theme. Danny had a bit too much to drink, too. Not that it's a good excuse, but the mistake he made doesn't define who he is. You say that he was with every guy that "moved." Now, that you just made up. It was one mistake with one guy. None of us are perfect and all of us make mistakes at times.
As someone that's also in the public eye, I know all too well how some people judge you based on one event or belief, etc., and then use that one mistake or belief to try to discredit you. It's easy to stand on the sidelines and judge others and point out simple flaws but it's simply not fair. Making unfounded accusations about a person or persons is the act of a coward, especially when that accuser doesn't put his real and full name on the post. An anonymous accuser of this type has no credibility. Plain and simple.
The facts is that Danny has an above average intelligence level and is using that to improve the lives of others, mainly our youth. He spent this past year speaking out about the need for more tolerance and peace at schools and colleges all over the country. Danny is presently coordinating an effort to give away an undergrad scholarship this fall and will be again be speaking to youth this coming school season. That's just the tip of the iceberg. Danny Roberts is indeed a role model for gay AND straight youth and to attempt to discredit him for that one mistake is ridiculous and "small." As far as Paul goes....back off !! You know nothing about him, therefor anything you say about him is pure speculation on your part. Deal with the facts, my friend. These two guys are winners and you are NOT!
