Shenanigans –

None among the players. However Steve Toll and Bill Fox had a difference of opinion on the penalty calls or non calls. Steve Toll used more words than what Bill Fox thought were necessary. Penalties to Toll were 2 mins unsportsmanlike, 10 min misconduct and 2 game misconducts.

Notes:

Game was televised for tape delay on Sunday by Rogers.

Fourteen of the twenty-six goals were either scored on the powerplay or man short. Peterborough took the steam out of Brooklin by scoring two 3 on 5 short handed goals.

Four straight goals by Peterborough to start the third period finished off Brooklin. All season long the third period has been difficult for Brooklin.
