look at it this way. the strenght of your arm is strenght that comes from you and only from you, but it is NOT you.
and so one can see the HOly Spirit. the Holy Spirit is the living and sentient strength and power of GOD sent by GOD, but the Holy Spirit is NOT God Himself.
