Just off the top of my head, I know I've got some of the stuff your looking for around here someplace.
I've got 2x 512mb pc2700 chips (Not sure on the 2700 or 3200)
Lots of older PC 100/133 Chips (unknown sizes, ranging from 64 mb to 512 I think. 5-10 chips total)
