If you are directing the question to me, well I really didn't have anything before. I got the vehicle with no driveline, nothing just a semi interior and a badly needed (still needed) paint job. So when it came time to buy a new one, I did some research and went with Griffen. I later found out through a radiator shop, that there are two companies that make good ones, not just Griffen, but also Northern. They both have set ups for FE's and different cars, also I think Northern might even make custom set ups, just pricey.If you ride is overheating, even with going to a lower temp thermostat, I would suggest the conversion. Both electric fan and alluminum radiator especially if it's a daily driver, HP, or cruiser set up. By the way, my Griffy looks like an NOS alluminum replacement, if there was ever one to be born. I heard the Northern might require a saddle bracket mod. Late. |
