Wow!!! I get all pumped up and excited to be disciplined in my goals and I get all sidetracked with every other distraction and I don't say no to self. I don't stick with the program around friends that want to eat out. I wrote on note cards for quit smoking. Now I need a food exercise notecard. Apparently my brain is't multi-tasking my commitment to healthier choices!!I Will reach the goal..We Will One pound at a time One day at a time!!!! |
