Well <sigh> I'm back. I thought I could do this myself but I just cant...

the weight is just creeping back up and I need to be back here to put a stop to it.

Im exercising very well - walking, swimming, aqua aerobics, my airwalker...thats not a problem. My problem is bad eating choices.

So after this weekend...starting tomorrow morning...ALL my choices are going to be healthy.

I will weight tomorrow to get my starting weight. Not looking forward to that as Ive been avoiding the scale for the past couple of weeks. I guess Im around 156

Initial goal will be to try to lose 2 pounds a week for the next few weeks before we have to go to a business exhibition end October.
