house phones are out and I have ATT scrambling to make me happy..lol anyhoo Thursday will be a month since I last saw the Dr. since that point and acording to my scale I'm only up a pound! ( yup in shock) but...got back to aeroibcs this morning and walked three miles..now i'm cleaning the house..i'll weigh in on Dr's scale Thrusday
