Ive only been smokin for about a year and a half, but i was up to like a 2 to 2.5 pack a day habit and just became disgusted with myself so i decided to quit. i got some of the nicorrette gum and that does help the cravings, but i would advice carryin some gum at all times to give your mouth something to do. This is my second time tryin to quite and its been almost a week so im proud of myself
