The bezel insert is aftermarket, the hands are not authentic 6105 hands, all else is good!

Hey the dial is Original and naturally the case and crown are original, the bezel ring is Original.
~ You can get a nice set of aftermarket 6105 hands that are very good quality & hard to tell from the Original hands, and you can find an original Big Lume Dot insert, or go with the recessed lume dot insert which would look better than the bubble type lume pip thats on it now.
All in all, not too bad and you can work with that watch very nicely, it has very good potential...
A very nice dial & case are the main things you have going for you, and add a nice frosted edge or Sapphire domed crystal along with what I mentioned above & your in Business!
