A rush to war with no plan on how to do the "Nation Building" that was required.

The reason for the Iraq invasion was two fold: 1) To secure resources (oil) in the middle east and, 2) "Nation Building" in an effort to force our brand of governemnt in the middle east.
I think its clear that WMD were never really there and EVERYONE knew it, regardless of what Bush thought. And that whole "all intelligence agencies agreed there were WMD in Iraq" is a lie too since our own CIA said they were none.
Unless you all want to hold on to the WMD fantasy.
