My working defintion of "being fed" in the context of Christian community:
A place where one is engaged in the "renewing of one's mind" as described in Romans 12:1-2. In simple terms, I've found a place "where I'm fed" is where I can grow via the following, to name a few:
Christ-centered worship
Meaningful fellowship
Quality teaching (Sound doctrine, applicable to the listener's life)
Opportunities to serve others (Especially those outside the church)
