The Government has yet to comply. This lawsuit is for records which the government had created to explain how a broken, frontless, 747 was able to fly. The court sided with the Plaintiff and his affidavits. As well, the court documents and letters from Ray Lahr explain the suit. I encourage all interested parties to notify your local news media's and advise them of this court case. The voice of the people must be heard in this matter. without it, this will create a dangerous precedence for the government to continue to publish errant reports and present errant documents which have been fabricated, and without factual basis, to the public. as well, the truth as to "what really happened" to flight 800 must be know.
