This is what I'm making today and the house sure smells good.

Crock-Pot chicken with black beans and cream cheese

4-5 boneless chicken breasts
1 can (15 1/2 ounces) black beans
1 can (15 ounces) corn
1 jar (15 ounces) salsa, any kind
1 8 ounce package of cream cheese

1. Put 4-5 FROZEN boneless chicken breasts into the Crock-Pot.
2. Add the black beans, drained, the jar of salsa, and can of corn drained.
3. Cook on high for about 4-5 hours or until chicken is cooked.
4. Add the cream cheese (just throw it on top) and let sit about 1/2 hour before eating.

Easy, huh? I've also got some tortilla chips and the yummy queso from Schwan's to go with it.
