A very easy 3 course dinner...

Paul has had to leave for work a lot the past couple of months and when he gets back, I like to cook him a special dinner. The other night I mad a 3 course meal:
Chilled Asparagus Soup (sounds gross, but it's fantastic!)
Rocky Mountain Salad (homemade onion vinegrette as the dressing)
and the main course: Cheese Souffle!
Very easy to make as long as you follow the directions exactly! A very light and fluffy dush.
If anyone wants the recipes let me know!

I'd love to try the recipes...at least for the asparagus soup and cheese souffle. I'll probably pass on the salad as I'm not a big mustard/avocado fan. What a wonderful sounding meal!
