I'm new to Manitou as you are, and love to fly fish, so I started going to Fountain Creek Restoration Committee meetings. Last night I volunteered to create the master plan. Fund raising is key to our success, and I just saw the post which included your article. So....
My only hope of soliciting some of your talent is that you might have a special fondness for waterways, and riparian habitat including fishing. We are looking at having several local artists create their vision of how the creek could look, and then share the sale profits. Perhaps have an auction, or book a show at one of the local art galleries. Rocky has been helping us with advice, and providing great stories of places along the creek and things he did years ago.
