Back in NY, there was one about two blocks from home...
Here in CS - I think i saw that the one on Fillmore has changed hands, and now has a different name (though the sign is still that lovely pink and orange). The nearest one to me is on Colorado over in OCC.

Pretty far into the big city.

Apparently, the one I use to visit when I was a kid is no longer.
It was right next to a Taco Bell we used to eat at also.
Here, in my present town, we have Shipley's donuts, as the old veteran shop. We also have a number of newer shops, with people's first names as shop names.

in Palm Beach Gardens, but I never really go there, or else I'd eat too much!
DD's are everywhere in New England. When I went up to NH to give some training recently, I bought DD each morning for the class. My favorite is the Boston creme (pie) donut. It's a jelly-style donut with chocolate on the outside and creme filling...YUM!

I mean, c'mon, as much of a baseball fan I am and that I generally cheer against the Red Sox, I think people meeting together for Dunkin Donuts coffee and donuts is a great way for Yankees/Red Sox adversaries to mend things!
Right now, I'm really craving an apple filled donut!
