It was a series of downloads from Savage Jaw back in 2004/5. There were about four in the series I think, detailing different shows from the 1974 tours. Each one came in the same design, but with a different colouring. So this cd is going to probably be a cdr, or if it is a silver, I think it would still be from the FLAC source.
I would imagine all the covers are stored in the MWP gallery.
