The rail is the part that goes between the body and the grip. The RT Rail is one for the RT bodies. I'm pretty sure you can't use a classic rail with an RT style (Tac-One) body unless you modify it. It's fairly easy if I remember, could easily be done with a drill press, or messily done with just a drill.
