Using the Z-grip is a stand up and shoot sort of trigger frame. I found that playing woodsball w/it was difficult in some ways at best shooting from a prone position, But I probably already posted that in another thread recently
if you are looking to add the tac frame and such I would look for a gun already set up that way and simply add a Z-grip to it...but like you said the person wants only $200? for it I would grab it just for parts at that price.
I loved the heck out of my z-griped R/T but sadly I really haven't played with it in awhile.
