I own a 99 cougar. Some of my dash lights work, The warning lights work for instance but the speedometer, tach, and temp do not light up. It is the bulbs. I'm not quit that dumb but I can't figure out what is wrong and since it hasn't worked ever since I bought the car it is hard for me to trouble shoot the problem. any ideas?
