| "A man decapitated himself by tying a rope around his neck and attaching it to lamp post before driving away at high speed, an inquest has been told. He was later charged with driving without due care and attention and refusing to take a breath test.
In a statement, his solicitor declared that his client had no comment to make.

Councillor Pamela Prodwell commented: 'There's evidence that the driver exceeded the 30mph speed limit, and the result is there for all to see. Speed kills'.
Local residents can now look forward to a speed camera and road humps, which should deal with the problem of car-driving hooligans once and for all.

I've known Bogush for years and I've learned this about him. If you ask him to do anything for you, you can guarantee that it won't get done.
Its kinda nice to have reliable friends like that. Some friends you ask them to do you a favour and , well maybe they will do it, or maybe they won't. but you always know where you are with Bogush - on your own.
