Jake Cutter : fact or fiction or myth ?

Does anybody else remember seeing a link or page that
had a title similar to "Jake Cutter; Fact or Fiction"
or something along those lines? If anybody knows what that page was/is actually called, could you please refresh my memory, because I really want to see that page again, I remember that it was a really neat page.
